1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, the transit and delivery timelines are as follows:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (like weather, public holidays, or courier delays).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the courier partner's portal.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at aggarwalmanav39@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged packaging/product.

  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
